地震作用下地下工程抢修作业风险管理研究

摘    要:建立了地震作用下地下工程抢修作业风险管理概念模型。在介绍风险管理基本原理基础上,运用系统科学的手段和方法,辨识地下工程震灾抢修作业风险事件与影响因素,形式化表示震后地下工程抢修作业风险机理,建立震后地下工程抢修作业风险管理工作流程,据此提出风险控制方案生成原理,并抽象标准、规律、规则、模型、方法、数据、预案等要素建立了抢修作业风险管理概念体系,为地震作用下地下工程抢修作业风险管理科学的研究与实践奠定了基础。

Abstract:The conception of rush to repair the underground projects after the earthquake has been established. On the basis of the introduction of the fundamental principles of risk management, the events and influential factors of rush to repair the underground projects should be evaluated by systematically sci- entific methods. After formalizing the principles on risk management of rush to repair the underground projects, the management process of it should be constructed. Thus, the risk control schemes turn into principles. And the system for risk management of rush to repair the underground projects will be created by the abstract standards,laws, rules, models, methods, data, budget. All of them lay the basis for the re- search and practice of rush to repair the underground projects after the earthquake.
