On the Application of Systematic Thinking to the Talent Introduction in Institutions of Higher Education

This article aims at the discussion of positive roles that talent introduction programs are playing in institutions of higher education,such as enhancing the construction of faculty team,promoting the science development of higher schools an so on.Meanwhile,based on the theories of systematic philosophy and systematic science,the current situation of talent introduction in colleges and universities is analyzed,and accordingly the systematic way of thinking in talent introduction is advocated to be adopted and its application is proposed to be generalized in higher education,so that the talent introduction program in colleges and universities will make it to serve as a fruitful effort and further exploration in the school＇s continuing development.
