摘    要:本文从世界本原这一根本问题出发,寻找环境问题产生的根源,探寻真正的可持续发展之路。本文认为,信息是世界的本原,万事万物都是信息所展示出来的"象",并提出其数学表达式,以及信息生成世界的第一法则——最大流原理,由此得到关于整体态势的演化方程。西方现代科学体系以物质、能量为主要研究对象,是对事物本质的简化的认识,导致了人与自然的隔离,环境问题也由此而生。而中国传统文化中包含了对更加全面和根本的世界图景的认识,与本文的信息本原整体认识论不谋而合。因此要真正实现可持续发展,就要结合中国传统文化的精髓来转换西方现代科学范式,建立起一套以信息本原及最大流原理为基础、以整体为对象的新的科学体系。

Abstract:Taking the fundamental issue of origin of the world as point of view, this paper tries to find the root cause of environmental problems and explore the real sustainable development. This paper argues that information is the primitive of the world and we can only recognize the "shape" that the origin of everything is displayed by it. A mathematical expression of primitive information is proposed, and the first law by which information generates the world is proposed as Maximum Flux Principle, which means that information always tends to maximize. An evolution equation about the overall situation is obtained. The western modem science system treats substance and energy as the main object is formed, which re- suited in the isolation of human and natural and all the environmental problems. But traditional Chinese culture, which contains a scientific understanding to a more comprehensive and fundamental world pic- ture, is nearly same as the theory of primitive information in this paper. To achieve sustainable develop- ment, we should combine with the essence of Chinese traditional culture, take a paradigm shift to western modem science, and establish a new scientific system based on primitive information and Maximum Flux principle.
