| 摘 要： | 随着我校培养方案的改革，结合创新型人才培养目标和要求，在有机化学实验教学中如何提高学生学习兴趣、主动学习能力、灵活应用知识的能力和科学创新能力是课程组教师思考的问题．为此课程组对教学内容、教学方式、考核方式等进行了改革和实践，以进一步提高实验教学质量，并讨论了有机化学实验课程教学改革与创新人才培养的关系．

| Abstract: | With the reforming of training scheme and combining the objectives and requiremengts of talent training, how to improve students learning interest, learning ability, applying knowledge ability and creative ability are the teacher＇ s focus. The experiment teaching result was further improved through reforming of teaching materials, teaching method and examination method. The relationship of innovation talent training and preliminary exploration of the teaching reform on organic chemistry experiment was discussed. |
