| 摘 要： | 新余市第五中学以科研为杠杆,以课题为载体,全面实施“科研兴教,校本兴校”战略,取得了显著成效:学校70%以上的教师参与了课题研究,许多教师的教育科研能力大大提高,一大批名教师、骨干教师、教学能手脱颖而出,教育教学质量稳步提高,学校实现了跨越式、可持续性的发展。

| Abstract: | The Fifth Middle School of Xinyu City attaches great importance to the scientific research and implements the strategy of "developing the school by doing scientific research and sticking to the school motto.Therefore it has made great achievements.In the school overt 70% of teachers took part in the subject research and many of them greatly improved their scientific research ability and came to the fore.The education quality steadily improved and the school realized the leap and sustainable development. |
