| 摘 要： | 文章分析了西藏交通运输发展现状及存在问题,指出西藏大学交通运输专业以新一轮对口支援为契机,启动了创新型工程应用与研究型人才培养体系的改革.并从人才培养目标、培养方案、实践教学体系、运作模式等方面进行了探索,使西藏的交通运输专业人才培养工作具有个性化、多样化,为满足西藏经济社会发展需求,适应了西藏未来交通运输科技发展提供保障.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the current developmental status and problems of the transportation in Tibet, and points out Tibet University has taken great opportunity in transportation major and launched reform of innovative engineering application and researched oriented professionals＇ training model system. This paper further discusses about the objectives, course design, practical teaching system, and operational model of the overall training model system. This resulted in training of transportation professionals with individual characteristics and also diversification which fulfilled the needs of socio-eeonomie development of Tibet. It also provides guarantee for the future scientific and technological development of transportation in Tibet. |
