摘    要:文章分析了西藏劳动力就业现状及特征,认为经济增长拉动就业增长,三次产业的就业结构趋于合理化,劳动力受教育程度低,劳动力供给质量差等是西藏劳动力就业的主要特征。针对上述特征提出了促进就业发展的建议:贯彻实施就业优先战略;巩固义务教育,改革高等教育,兼顾继续教育。

Abstract:This paper analyzes Tibet's labor employment status and characteristics. The author believes, that the economic growth leads to the employment growth, and the three employment industrial structure is becoming more rational. The paper concludes that the labor education, labor supply and labors' low quality are the main features of Tibet labor force employment. In view of the above characteristics, the author puts forward to promote employment advice: the implementation of the strategy of employment priority; consolidation of compulsory education, the reform of higher education, and the continuing education.
