双行字符型LCD的DDRAM地址查找方法

摘    要:
在应用HD4478U作为控制器的TC1602A双行字符型LCD的实践过程中,经常发现同一型号LCD的第二行DDRAM显示地址却不相同的情况。针对这一问题,研究了专门用于检测以HD4478U为控制器的TC1602A型LCD的DDRAM地址系统。在LCD上显示该显示位置所对应的地址,从00H到67H,循环显示。有些显示位置LCD上实际没有,也就显示不出来。在应用HD4478U作为控制器的双行字符型LCD的过程中,就可以按第二行实际测出的地址去开发LCD显示模块。

Abstract:
A case that LCD products with same type have different display addresses on the second lines is often detected in some applications of LCD.Aimed at the problem,a research method was used to detect the DDRAM addresses of LCD with type of TC1602A and HD4478U controller.From 00H to 67H,the LCD displays the addresses according to the displaying place.Some of displaying addresses are null on the LCD,so it doesn't display anything also.In a course of applying the LCD with HD4478U controller,we can develop a LCD module according to the addresses detected.
