汽车冷却系统化学除垢实验研究

摘    要:介绍了汽车冷却系统结垢的危害和传统除垢方法的缺点,简述了化学除垢的优点及除垢机理和缓蚀机理,试验了清洗剂浓度、清洗时间、温度及缓蚀剂浓度等因素对腐蚀速率的影响并对相应数据进行了讨论,认为化学方法不论从除垢效果、防腐性能、方便程度等方面都能满足实际应用的要求。

Abstract:This article introduced the harms of rust and incrustation in the automobile condeuser and disadvantages of traditional detergenting. In the same time, the merits of the new chemical detergent, the mechanism of detergenting and corrosion slowing, etc. had been summarised in the article. The influence to the corrosion rate by the detergent density, cleaning time, tempreture and inhibitor density, etc. had also been tested. In the article, we analysed and discussed the related test data. Through the analysing, it is acceptable that the chemical detergenting method is a good way in practical application. Its effect of cleaning, protection of corrosion, and ease usage can satistiedly reach the practical demand.
