对高校校园诈骗案件的剖析及防范对策

通过对几起典型的高校校园诈骗案的剖析，发现诈骗人作案手段极为简单，具体可分为五种；诈骗的特点体现为：(1)危害的严重性；(2)作案的流窜性；(3)动机的复杂性；(4)作案的反复性。究其受骗原因，主要还在于大学生本身，故应加强大学生自我防范意识的教育、常识的教育及人格的培养。同时有关机关也应加强横向联系．做好治安综合治理工作。

An analysis of the Swindle Cases on Campus and Protective Countermeasures

Having analyzed several typical campus swindle cases, the author thinks that the tricks of swindlers are very simple) which can be grouped under 5 heads. Hie characteristics of swindle are (1) the severity of injury, (2) the fluidity of offense, (3) the complication of motives, (4) the repetition of offense. After the reasons are studied carefully, college students are to blame. Therefore it is important to strengthen the education of college students' self- protection, education of common sense, and the cultivation of personality. Meanwhile, the offices concerned also should strengthen the lateral ties and manage the comprehensive treatment of public order.
