| 摘 要： | 睡虎地秦简反映秦国的控制制度较周朝有所发展。主要表现在三个方面：一是控制内容广泛，涉及人、财、物等方面的控制制度；二是控制制度较为详细具体并且以法律的形式颁布，提高了执行的效率和效果；三是多种控制方法的运用使得控制更全面深入。

| Abstract: | Shuihudi Qin Bamboo Slips reflect the development of the control system of Qin Dynasty from Zhou Dynasty.The development can be found in the following three aspects: firstly,control contents were rich,involving man,properties, and goods;secondly,control system was relatively particular and was promulgated in the form of law,which improved the efficiency and effects of implementation;finally,various control methods were employed to make control thorough and deep. |
