| Abstract: | The substitution of the aluminum chloride for the concentrated sulpher acid as the catalyzer in common esterfitution proves to have the following advantages :high yield,especially in the esterfication of the secondary and ternary alcohols,less corrosion and easy manipulation.less acidic waste water, which may benefit the natural environment,and the possibility of the reuse of the catulyzer. |
