| 摘 要： | 在介绍传统生产方式和JIT（Just In Time）生产方式基本概念的基础上,比较了两种生产方式各自的特点,分析了JIT生产方式在生产计划与控制中的应用,其中重点对订单随时增减变更情况下的生产计划与控制措施进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the basic concept of JIT (Just In Time) production mode and traditional production mode,and identifies their different characteristics,analyzes on the application of JIT production mode in the production planning and controlling,and probes into the measures for the production planning and controlling under the condition that the order forms are increasing or decreasing from time to time. |
