用启豆Ⅰ号根尖细胞微核技术监测南淝河污染的研究

摘    要:本文用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术,对南淝河水体的污染状况进行了一次生物学评价,并对启豆Ⅰ号作为微核监测技术实验材料的可靠性进行了研究.结果表明,南淝河水体已被污染,尤其以工业区和居民生活区污染严重;启豆Ⅰ号对诱变物反应敏感,水环境中污染物浓度与微核千分率呈线性相关,因此启豆Ⅰ号作为微核监测技术的实验材料是可靠的.

Abstract:This paper evaluated the effect of pullution on South Fei River by using micronucleus test with Vicia faba(QI_1) root tips,and discussed the reliability of using Vicia faba(QI_1) as material in micronucleus test. The experimental results show:(1) The water in South Fei River has been comtaminated, especially in industrial and residential part. (2)Vicia faba(QI_1) is sensitive to mutagen, and liner relation between the freguency of micronuclear cell in the root tip cells of Vicia faba(QI_1)and concentration of the pollutants in the enviroment was observed. Therefore, using Vicia faba(QI_1) as a determinative material is reliable and suitable for the micronucleus test.
