摘    要:针对航空航天柔性机构运动具有复杂非线性的特点,提出了一种在UG-ANASYS-ADAMS多软件平台下建立柔性机构模型并进行运动仿真的方法,对某轴对称矢量喷管(AVEN)机构进行了建模仿真;采用响应面方法和蒙特卡洛法相结合的方法得到了矢量喷管性能参数的概率分布,并计算了其可靠性。该方法能够为航空航天领域同类机构的建模分析提供借鉴,响应面方法与蒙特卡洛法结合的可靠性分析方法在满足一定精度要求的同时,能够大大减少计算时间。

Abstract:The dynamic characters of aeronautical and astronautical flexible mechanisms are complex and nonlinear. A method of building flexible mechanism model in environment of UG-ANASYS-ADAMS was proposed. Modeling and simulation of an axisymmetric vectoring exhaust nozzle (AVEN) was implemented. The statistical distribution of performance parameter and the performance reliability were acquired through the combination of response surface method and Monte Carlo method. Reference for modeling and simulating of other aeronautical and astronautical mechanisms can be provided. Combination of response surface method and Mont Carlo method can reasonably suffice precision and remarkably reduce the computing time.
