| Abstract: | With the help of micro-computer the inflection points in the comple- xation titration curve are systematically studied.The results of numerical calculation show,for the titration of metal ion M with ligand Y,if the increase of volume of titrate during titration can be ignored there exists only one inflection point,[M]_(TP),in the titration curve,if the increase of volume of titrate is taken into account another new inflection point,[M]_d, may appear.But for the titration of ligand Y with metalion M,even if the increase of volume of titrate during titration can be ignored,there still exist two inflection points,[M]_(TP) and[M]_d,in the titration curve.The po- sition and existence condition of the inflection points in the complexation titrate curve are discussed in detail. |
