大型铝电解槽的变形与应力

摘    要:本文采用有限元法分析摇篮式铝电解槽的变形与应力,文中建立了槽壳与摇篮架的有限元模型,并通过对电解槽的载荷类型的分析,探讨了不均匀温度场等因素对变形与应力的影响,得出变形与应力的分布规律.

Abstract:The deformation and stress in a cradle-type reduction cell for aluminum are calculated by the finite element method. A program (HG001) is developed for the space beam and space plate elements. The simplification of the cell structure and the formulation of the applied loads are discussed.
