水稻叶片间断失绿性状表达中特异性蛋白质的研究

摘    要:用双向聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,分离冷激失绿水稻突变体1103s和原始亲本8902s在苗期冷激后的叶片蛋白质,电泳结果显示:未经冷激诱导的1103s与其突变原始亲本8902s的蛋白质组成未见明显差异;诱导后失绿的叶片中,Rubisco的大,小亚基表达正常;一个56.2kD的特异性质蛋白质在1103s叶片间断失绿区消失,而在同一叶片的绿区及8902s叶片中均能检测到。

Abstract:s is a rice mutant which leaf would turn into chimeric chlorophyll deficiency when treated with cold shock.The leaf protein could be resolved into at least 20 major and more than 80 minor components on two dimensional gel electrophoresis,the rang of molecular weights is from 17kD to 67kD and isoelc points(pI) is from 4.3 to 8.5.There is a 56.2kD(pI4.5) special polypeptide disappeared during the degreening albino tissue (yellow band) in leaf.This indicates that the expresion of 56.2kD protein in tissue may be a cold shock regulon protein.
