匀强磁场中磁性散体的剪切摩擦力学特性初探

摘    要:给出了磁性散体在匀强磁场中的动静剪切摩擦力学特性的试验方法和装置,并通过试验分析,得出磁性散体在磁场作用下的力学特性曲线可划分为弹性、弹塑性和滑摩三个阶段的结论,并用动态剪切力-位移滞回线估计了发热量及阻尼值,结果表明可用小功率电流控制阻尼的大小。

Abstract:The test method and facility of the static and dynamic clearing friction characteristics of the magnetic particles in uniform magnetic field was represented. Through measuring and analyzing, it has been found that the mechanical characteristic curve of the magnetic particles in the magnetic field can be divided into three stages:elastic,plastoelastic and sliding friction ones. The heating and damping values was also estimated by means of the dynamic shear force--displacement hysteresis loops and the results showed that the damping value can be controled by use of low power current.
