Characteristics and Strategy of Higher Vocational Education Development in Fujian since Reform and Opening-up

The paper stated that Fujian higher vocational education developed with the Characteristics of advance by stages, clear target pattern, improvement of multivariant school- running system and school construction and slow promotion of educational reform. And then it put forward that we must lead scientific development of Fujian higher vocational education with perfect policy and mechanism of innovation, promote its system construction with improvement of structure and connotation , improve its quality with deepening the reform, and increase its contribution with building brand and strengthen service.
