摘    要:山西省万家寨引黄工程一期泵站泵组出水侧液控蝶阀控制系统采用传统的接触式机械行程开关,由于蝶阀设备运行在大振动、高潮湿环境下,接触式行程开关损坏频度较高,经常导致液控蝶阀行程控制失效或错误,致使泵组非正常停运。在分析液控蝶阀行程开关故障原因的基础上,提出采用非接触式磁控开关进行技术改造的方案,工程实践证明改造工作较好地解决了液控蝶阀的行程控制问题。

Abstract:The hydraulic-controlled butterfly-valve control system mounted on pump outlet side in the pumping station of Shanxi Wanjiazhai YRDP phase 1 is controlled by the traditional mechanical contact travel switch. The butterfly-valve operates in large vibration and high humidity environment, the contact travel switch is damaged frequently, often leading to the failures and mistakes of the travel control of hydraulic-controlled butterfly-valve, and causing the the abnormal shutdown of the pump unit. Based on analyzing the reasons of the faults of the travel switch of hydraulic-controlled valve, this paper puts forward a technical transformation scheme of adopting the non-contact magnetic-controlled switch. The engineering practice proves that the technical transformation has better solved the problem of the travel control of hydraulic-control butterfly-valve.
