基于计算机技术的目标责任考核动态化管理研究

山西省在2010年10月份就启动了年度目标责任考核工作,并根据山西经济社会发展的特点,提出"三合一"的年度目标考核方式。随着考核内容的不断丰富,在考核过程中产生的信息也在与日俱增。在这种情况下,利用计算机信息技术搭建考核信息的新载体,实现考核信息的动态化管理,有利于奖优惩劣,提高考核工作效率。

Study on the Dynamic Management of Target Responsibility Appraisal Based on Computer Technology

Shanxi Province has launched the annual target responsibility appraisal in Oct. 2010, and according to the features of Shanxi＇ s economic and social development, and put forward ＂three-in-one＂ annual target appraisal method. With the continuous enrichment of the appraisal content, the information is also growing in the appraisal process day by day. Under such a situation, building new carrier of appraisal information and realizing the dynamic management of appraisal information by using the computer technology, is beneficial to rewarding the good performances and punishing the poor outcomes and improving the efficiency of appraisal work.
