为适应高等教育大众化、国际化和市场化的发展趋势,瑞典于20世纪60年代开始,逐步推进大学治理改革,政府对高等教育的管理逐步由传统的政府管制向现代的大学自治转变.当前,我国的大学治理模式改革在立足国情有序推进的同时,也应重视国际经验的借鉴.

Experiencefrom Governance Reform in Swedish Universities and Their Applications

In order to meet the massification, internationalization and marketization of higher education, Sweden began to promote the reform of university governance from the beginning of the 1960s. The governmental administration on higher education is transformed gradually from the traditional control to the modern autonomy by the universities. At present, the reform of university governance is being tested in certain universities in China, which should be based on the actual conditions in China and the international experiences.
