外交部女性口译译员的成功经验及启示

在我国外交部翻译群体中。女性译员承担了外交部大部分的口笔译任务，并且表现出较高的业务水平和综合素质。口译教学在我国起步较晚，我国现行口译模式、课程设置均沿用西方模式，未形成自成体系的口译理论。外交部翻译室的口译培训具有独特的理论视角和实践模式，为我们提供了本土化的成功经验。从外交部女性口译译员的教育背景入手，研究其翻译思想，并发掘其对我国现阶段口译教学原则、模式、课程设置及评价机制的启示有重要的理论意义。

A Study of Female Interpreters in the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Female interpreters, accounting for 70% of the total number of translators in the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, take on the majority of translation and interpreting tasks and demonstrate amazing professional proficiency and comprehensive qualities. This group of female interpreters, however, are frequently neglected and scarcely studied. Starting from the educational backgrounds of this group, the author probes into the translation ideas and theories, in the hope of shedding some light on the principle, model, curriculum design and evaluative mechanisms of interpreting teaching and training in translation departments and institutions of higher learning in China at the current stage.
