深凹杯伞液体发酵培养基的筛选

摘    要:以菌丝生物量为指标,筛选出深凹杯伞液体发酵培养基的最佳碳源、氮源和培养基配方,根据实验结果,指出最佳碳源为葡萄糖和麸皮汁,最佳氮源为酵母膏,最佳培养基配方为葡萄糖占比3.0%,酵母膏占比0.5%,麸皮汁占比5.0%,植被浸出液占比15.0%,K2HPO4占比0.1%,KCl占比0.05%,NaNO3占比0.3%,FeSO4占比0.001%,pH值为7.0。

Abstract:Taking biomass of mycelium as measurement index,this paper selects the optimum carbon source, nitrogen source and medium formulation of Clitocybe gibba(Fr.)Kummer's liquid fermentation medium, and based on the test results, points out that the optimum carbon source is glucose and bran juice,the optimum nitrogen source is yeast extract,and the medium formulation is that the glucose occupies 3.0%,yeast extract 0.5%,bran juice 5.0%,vegetation leach liquor15.0%,K2HPO40.1%,KCl 0.05%,Na NO30.3%,Fe SO40.001%,and p H value is 7.0.
