摘    要:新生入学教育是大学教育的奠基工程,对学生正确认识大学、尽快调试心理、适应大学生活和学习等都将起到重要的作用。在入学教育过程中,重视非认知能力的培养,调动大学生的情感,锻造大学生的意志品质,使他们学会学习,将大学生对教育的认知转化为平时的行动,进而提高大学生的素质,将大大提高入学教育的实际效果。

Abstract:The entrance education of freshmen,which is the foundation of university education, has important functions for university students to understand the university correctly, debug the psychology as soon as possible, and adapt to the life and learning in university, etc. In the course of the entrance education, paying attention to the training of non-cognitive ability, mobilizing students' emotion, forging students' volitional quality, making students know how to learn, transforming students' cognition to the education into daily action, and further improving the quality of students, will greatly improving the practical effect of the entrance education.
