论全面收费制度下研究生奖助体系的构建——基于福建省8所高校的调查

为探索适应高校研究生全面收费后的奖助体系构建,对福建省8所具有招收研究生资格的高校在校本科生及研究生进行抽样调查,采用问卷调查法、访谈法结合文献资料进行研究,概括和分析全面收费对相关群体的影响因素。提出如何在新制度下进一步完善构建与之相适应的研究生奖助体系,合理配置有限资源,最大限度满足研究生的经济需求,使其能全身心地投入课程学习和专业科研中,从而提高研究生教育质量。

On Constructinga Financial Aid Mechanism for Graduates under Fully--charged Tuition System --A Survey Carried out in Eight Colleges in Fujian Province

In order to seek and construct a financial aid mechanism for graduate students after a fully--charged tuition system has been in operation, the author makes sample surveys on undergraduate and graduate students in eight colleges in Fujian by means of questionnaire, interviews and literatures. The author presents an aid mechanism which may better fit the new tuition charge system, in which limited resource can be better used for the needs of graduate students, enabling them to devote themselves to their study and research. With this mechanism, the quality of graduate students can be significantly hnproved.
