基于数量化理论的烟丝风送问题的研究

摘    要:烟草行业中,烟丝结构的变化直接影响烟丝的内在质量,而烟丝风力输送部分对于烟丝结构的变化影响很大.运用数量化理论Ⅰ的原理和方法,选取风速为定量说明变量,管道长度、直径、弯角、烟丝品牌和漏风量为定性说明变量,建立基于数量化理论Ⅰ的烟丝风送系统预测模型,方法切实可行.

Abstract:In the tobacco industry, the changes of cut - tobacco structure directly affect on their internal quality, and cut - to- bacco pneumatic conveying part has great influence on cut - tobacco structure changes. Using quantification theory I method and selecting the conveying speed as quantitative explanatory variable, pipe length, pipe diameter, pipe bend angle, cigarette brands and air- leakage rate as qualitative explanatory variable to build the cut -tobacco pneumatic conveying system model based on quantification theory I , this method is feasible.
