碳酸钙晶须/天然胶乳复合胶膜的研究

摘    要:研究经钛酸酯偶联剂NDZ101表面改性的碳酸钙晶须对于天然胶乳胶膜的补强作用。结果表明:经改性后,碳酸钙晶须与天然橡胶界面结合作用增强;与纯胶胶膜相比,改性碳酸钙晶须/天然胶乳复合胶膜的力学性能显著提高,热稳定性也有所提高。改性碳酸钙晶须用量为3%时,复合胶膜综合力学性能最佳:300%定伸应力、500%定伸应力、拉伸强度、撕裂强度和断裂伸长率分别提高了133.6%、121.1%、35.8%、34.1%和15.93%。

Abstract:Effect of calcium carbonate whisker surface modified with titanate coupling agent NDZ101 on the reinforcement of natural rubber latex (NRL) films are studied. The result shows that the interface bonding strength between calcium carbonate whisker and natural rubber increase when calcium carbonate whisker is modified. When compared to the pure NRL film, the mechanical properties and thermal stability o{ the calcium carbonate whisker/NRL composite films are improved. The composite film possesses the best mechanical properties when the modified calcium carbonate whisker content is 3%. The tensile stresses at 300% and 500%, tensile strength, tear strength and elongation at break of the obtained composite are increased by 133.6%, 121.1%, 35.8%, 34.1% and 15.93%, respectively.
