| Abstract: | Zhang Qin, a jinshi of the last imperial exam in Putian, compiled the Annals of Putian County in the ,eriod of Kuomintang＇s rule, whose mentioning ＂the dialect＂ in the annals has never been studied before. There are ertain academic values in the style and in the dialectology while some defects exist in the annals. |
