焦炉煤气制天然气中氢气利用研究分析

目前国内已有数套焦炉煤气转化制合成天然气工艺项目投产,但利用焦炉气制合成天然气均会面对原料气中氢多碳少的问题,如何有效利用原料气中占大比例的氢气,关系到工程项目生产运营阶段的核心竞争力。从焦炉煤气制合成天然气的工艺入手,探讨了有效利用原料气主要成分氢气的几种方法。

The Analytic Research on the Utilization of the Natural Gas Produced from the Coke Oven Gas

Currently, in China there are several sets of technical projects of synthetic natural gas transformed from the coke oven gas going into operation, however,the problem of ＂more hydrogen and less carbon in feed gas＂exists in the utilization of the synthetic natural gas produced from the coke oven gas, and how to make effective use of the hydrogen occupying a large proportion in the feed gas is related to the core competitiveness of the project＇s production and operation stage. Starting from the technology for producing the synthetic natural gas from the coke oven gas, this paper probes into the effective utilization of the hydrogen that is the main component in the feed gas.
