摘    要:在Hofstede文化维度理论和Searle言语行为理论的基础上,采用案例分析法,对比分析国内外酒店行业对突发公共事件的应对处理方式和媒体话语的差异,研究发现:国内酒店反应迟缓,应对消极被动;国外酒店反应迅速,应对积极主动;国内媒体话语用词大多积极平和,采用自上而下的垂直沟通方式和“先喜后忧”的话语策略,国外媒体话语坦率直接,强调事实结果,用词大多情感强烈,采用横向的平行沟通方式直言告知事实结果.

Differencesin Public Crisis Response and Media Discourse between Domestic and Overseas Hotels

Abstract:Based on Hofstede's cultural dimension theory and Searle's speech act theory, this paper, doing a case study, makes a comparative study on differences about public crisis response and media discourse between domestic and overseas hotels. It is found that domestic hotels mostly make slow response and handle crisis passively while overseas hotels make quick response and handle it actively, that the media discourse in domestic hotels crisis coverage mostly prefers the mild & positive tone as well as vertical communication. Besides, it tends to express "positive first, negative later" while overseas hotels, taking crisis coverage with strong emotion, tends to be a state of facts and adopts parallel communication.
