| 摘 要： | 动物医学专业"3+1"创新型人才培养模式改革,打破现有的大学生完全在校学习的培养模式,极大增加了学生的学习积极性,强化了学生的临床操作技能,提高了学生的就业能力和综合素质。实现了学校、学生和企业的三赢,初步证实了该模式的科学性和可行性。对同类院校的教学改革具有一定的参考、推广价值。

| Abstract: | The reform of animal medicine specialty ＂3 ＋ 1＂ cultivating creative personnel mode breaks the existing training model of university student who learn fully at school. The model will greatly increase student＇s learning enthusiasm, strengthen students＇ clinical skills, improve students＂ employment ability and comprehensive quality. It is a multi win situation for university, college students and enterprises. The model proves to be scientific and feasible. As a result, it has some certain reference values for the teaching reform of colleges of the same kind and is worth spreading. |
