温度与含水率交互作用对刨花压缩特性的影响

摘    要:热压过程中热压温度和刨花含水率是两个决定木质复合材料产品性能的关键因素.为了深入分析热压过程中木质单元的复合机理,就热压温度和刨花含水率对刨花压缩特性的交互作用进行了研究.结果表明:刨花压缩应力-应变关系与木材的相似,热压温度和刨花含水率对其有显著的影响,而产生这种影响的原因主要是因为刨花的压缩模量是温度和含水率的函数.

Abstract:Temperature and moisture content are the most important factors which can determine the panel properties directly.The effects of temperature and moisture content on the compression behaviour of flakes were investigated.This was done to identify the mechanism of the consolidation mechanism of wood composites during hot pressing.The results showed that the stress-strain relationship of individual compressed flake had the same trend as that of the compressed wood at room temperature.It was temperature and moisture content dependent,which was confirmed that the Young's modulus of compressed flakes was a function of temperature and moisture content.Further,the experimental data in this study will improve the computer models designed for optimizing hot-pressing process and predicting panel properties.
