| 摘 要： | 我国加入WTO，既为科技期刊带来了无限的机遇，也导致了期刊界内部、期刊与其他媒体间以及与国外期刊的激烈竞争。如何通过深层次的机制改革提高其竞争力，逐步推进其产业化进程以至探索跨国式联合发展的路子，是科技期刊实现长足发展的关键。

| Abstract: | WTO entry of China not only brings about unlimited opportunities to sci - tech periodicals but also causes sharp competitions within periodical circles, between periodical and other media and between Chinese periodical and foreign periodical. How to increase its competitive power through structural reform at deep levels, promote its industrial progress step by step, and even probe into the development of transnational cooperation, is the key for sci - tech periodical to make great strides forward. |
