提高沉井式抽水站装置效率的水力措施

摘    要:抽水站的装置效率受到进水流态的影响.试验表明,不良的进水流态能极大地降低水泵的装置效率,恶化运行工况.在各种改善措施中加设过水底坎和分水板最好,可以使沉井式抽水站因前池狭小引起的不良进水流态得到改善,提高装置效率达8%.而增加的投资很少,施工简易,节能效益显著.

Abstract:Experiments show that improper inflow pattern result in the serious decreases in the arrangement efficiency of pumping station and the worsening of the operation condition, therefore, the influence of inflow pattern efficiency should be considered. Among various schemes studied, the best one is to install the threshold and the separation plate, which can help improve the inflow pattern induced by the narrow and small forebay and increase the arrangement efficiency by 8%. It is easy to be constructed and effective in energy saving, with small additional cost.
