| 摘 要： | 阐述了分布式能源系统的概念与特点,从能源安全、环境压力、提高能效、电力发展等方面论述了我国发展分布式能源的必要性.根据国内外分布式能源发展的现状,提出了我国发展分布式能源的主要形式及建议,指出分布式能源系统是保证我国能源可持续发展战略实施的有效途径之一,发展潜力巨大.
