摘    要:摘要:用微分方程建立了埋弧焊接过程中焊接电弧与焊丝机电一体的动力学模型,模型描述了焊接过程中焊丝一边送进一边燃烧的动态平衡关系。为稳定焊接电弧和提高焊缝成型质量提供了理论支撑。一个与送丝机特性、电弧特性、以及控制电路特性有关的复合时间常数是反映系统自动调节快慢程度的主要参数。

Abstract:ABSTRACT: A model related to arc and wire during submerged welding was established in form of order equation. The model described the balance relation between the procedure of burning of wire in the arc and the sending of wire via wire-feeder. It was the theoretical fundament for the analyses of arc stability and welding quality. A hybrid time constant, which was a function of wire feeder, welding arc, electronic control circuit, is the major parameter to reflect adjusting rate of the system.
