| 摘 要： | 本文论述了民族资本在中国近代棉纺织工业发生、发展进程中所处的历史条件,民族资本棉纺织工业发展的概况及所起的若干作用,并根据史料客观地总结其形成和发展的历史条件,不仅对总结中国近代纺织史是一个不可缺少的方面,同时据此可客观地分析民族资本棉纺织工业在中国近代工业发展中所起过的积极作用和问题。
