蔗糖水溶液乳化柴油对发动机性能的影响研究*

摘    要:在一台双缸直喷式柴油机上,对燃烧蔗糖水溶液乳化柴油时发动机的燃油经济性和排放性进行试验。分析结果表明:在柴油机参数不做改变的情况下,与纯柴油相比,蔗糖水溶液乳化柴油的动力性有所下降,当量燃油消耗率和碳烟以及CO排放量在中高负荷工况下都有明显降低,NOx排放在各种工况下都显著降低;但HC的排放量增加。与乳化柴油相比,蔗糖水溶液乳化柴油的动力性升高,当量燃油消耗率和碳烟以及CO排放量在中低负荷时有所增加,大负荷时明显降低;NOx的排放量在中小负荷时明显减少,大负荷时略有增加,HC排放在各种工况下都显著降低。

A Study on Performance of Diesel Engine Fueled With Emulsified Diesel With Aqueous Sucrose Solution

Abstract:In order to undertake an experiment on fuel economy and emission characteristics of diesel engine fueled with emulsified diesel with aqueous sucrose solution, a model of two-cylinder direct-injection diesel engine with stationary parameters was chosen for the test. The analysis results indicated that the power of the engine was decreased, the equivalent brake specific fuel consumption, soot, and CO emissions were decreased obviously when the engine was fueled with emulsified diesel with aqueous sucrose solution at moderate and high loads. NOX emissions were reduced greatly under any working conditions of engine, but HC emissions were increased. Compared with the emulsified fuel, the power of the engine was increased, the equivalent brake specific fuel consumption, soot, and CO emissions were increased at moderate and low loads but opposite at high load when the engine was fueled with emulsified diesel with aqueous sucrose solution. NOX emissions were reduced greatly at moderate and low load conditions of engine, HC emissions were decreased obviously.
