| 摘 要： | 介绍了志愿者的起源与发展,通过高职院校图书馆志愿者参与图书馆管理工作的实践,从完善管理制度、建立激励机制、安排合适岗位等方面探讨了对志愿者管理应采取的措施,以激发志愿者参与图书馆志愿服务的积极性。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the origins and development of volunteer,and through the practice of volunteers＇ participating in the management of the library of higher vocational college,probes into some measures that should be taken in the management of volunteers from aspects of perfecting the management system,establishing the incentive mechanism,and arranging the appropriate position,etc.for stimulating the activity of volunteers＇participating in the voluntary service of the library. |
