高温合金高温裂纹敏感性机理的研究

摘    要:通过应变-裂纹试验法测定临界开裂应变值和开裂温度,确定HS690焊丝中Nb含量对熔敷金属抗高温失塑裂纹(DDC)能力的影响规律,并采用透射电镜对焊丝熔敷金属中析出物的尺寸和形态进行了观察。结果表明,在焊接工艺条件相同的情况下,采用向HS690焊丝中添加Nb的冶金方法能够调整晶界处析出相(Yb,Ti)C的数量和形态,晶界条件得到改善,HS690熔敷金属抗DDC的能力得到明显的提高。

Abstract:Through the strain-Experimental Determination of Critical Crack cracking strain and cracking temperature,determine the HS690 content on the wire in Nb metal cladding high- temperature plastic crack lost capacity of the law,and the use of projection electron microscopy of deposited metal wire Precipitates in size and morphology were observed.The results show that the same conditions in the welding process, the HS690 wire used to add Nb metallurgical method can adjust the grain boundary precipitates C levels ...
