Fe-Mn-Si-Cr形状记忆合金的耐腐蚀性能

摘    要:通过腐蚀重量法实验及电化学测试,研究了Fe-Mn-Si-Cr形状记忆合金的耐腐蚀性能,并与Fe-Mn-Si形状记忆合金及18-8铬镍不锈钢的耐腐蚀性能作了比较。结果表明,Fe-Mn-Si-Cr合金的耐腐蚀性能明显高于Fe-Mn-Si合金,在Fe-Mn-Si-Cr合金中随着铬含量的增加,其耐腐蚀性能也相应提高。

Abstract:The crrosion resistance of Fe-Mn-Si-Cr shape memory alloy was studied through corrosion weight-loss and electrochemistry experiments,and com-pared with that of Fe-Mn-Si shape memory alloy and 18-8 Cr-Ni stainless steel. The results show that the corrosion resistance of Fe- Mn- Si-Cr alloy is obviously higher than that of Fe-Mn-Si alloy.The corrosion resistance of Fe- Mn- Si-Cr alloy correspondingly increases with increasing of Cr content.
