摘    要:本文提出电力系统在线安全经济分配(OSED)的一种新算法——常系数降维海森矩阵法(CRH).原始的 OSED 模型首先进行有功问题与无功问题的分解,然后采用非线性优化技术,建立求解有功问题的海森矩阵.假设系统各节点母线电压相角近似相等,变化的大规模海森矩阵将降维成为一个等效的小规模常系数矩阵,从而直接用于对电源变量迭代求解.一个特定的迭代过程随之导出,此迭代过程不仅对电源向量修正求解,并且同时对电压(相角和幅值)向量和拉格朗日乘子向量修正求解.算法的快速性及良好的收敛性能在算例中显示.

Abstract:A new algorithm,the Constant Reduced Hessian Matrix(CRH)Method for on-line security constrained economic dispatch(OSED)is presented in this pa- per.The original OSED model is first decoupled into a P-problem and a Q- problem.Using non-linear optimization technique,the Hessian matrix for the solution of P-problem is then constructed.On an important assumption that the voltage angles of all buses are approximately equal to one another,the origi- nal large-sized variable Hessian matrix can be reduced into an equivalent,small- -sized constant one,which is used directly to correct the generations.A spe- cial iteration process is then derived not only for correct generation vector,but also for voltage(angles and magnitudes)and Lagrange multiply as well.The computational speed and the excellent convergence of this algorithm is demon- strated by applying to an example system.
