| 摘 要： | 高质量的教学工作是体现体育院校特色和办学水平的重要标志。对教师的评价是加强对教师队伍管理和建设的一个有力措施,是实现教师队伍管理科学化的正确途径。因此,教师的评价是实现学校管理化科学化有效措施。本文从评价理论、模式两个层面,剖析了目前体育院校教师评价体系。对体育院校教师的教师评价的概念、评价原则、评价功能提出了修正和完善的评价模式,为体育院校的教学质量指出了基本方向。
