摘 要: | 1. INTRODUCTIONThe solid-state T/R (transact/receive) module is the essential device of solid--state phased array antennas. Inorder to reduce costs and simplify adjustment of amplitude and phase excitation, as few power types of T/Rmodules as possible should be used for an array But in this case, it is difficult to achieve low or ultralowsidelobe. The amplitude quantization Problem is too complicated to be solved by the conventional synthesis methods.hi recellt years, the nonlinear optin…

Abstract: | In this paper, a new amplitude quantitation synthesis method for ultralow sidelobe phased arrays is proposed, which is based on the constrained nonlinear optiedation algorithm. By introducing a set of critical constraint conditions into the optimization model, we can directly quantize the amplitude distribution instead of replacing it with a continuous equivalent aperture antenna. The mutual coupling and the element patterns are also considered in the quantization synthesis. Finally, some array simulation results are given to show the effectiveness of the method. |
