摘    要:本文报道了金属硫酸盐及其复合物在DBP合成中催化作用的规律,并对其可能机理作了探讨.实验结果表明,经过热处理脱水的硫酸盐的催化活性大于含结晶水的硫酸盐;二元复合硫酸盐均具有协同催化作用,但最适宜的催化活性既依赖于体系中组分的搭配,又依赖于其组分的配比.适宜的二元复合硫酸盐的催化活性与浓硫酸的催化活性相近.但不会产生氧化、脱水等副反应,并可重复使用.

Abstract:This paper reports the regularities of the catalytic action of metallic sulfates and mixtures of different binary metallic sulfates in the synthesis of DBP, and discusses the possible mechanism. Experimental results show that the catalytic activity of the sulfates after dehydration is higher than that of sulfate hydrates. Mixtures of these binary sulfates have a synergy. However, the optimal catalyti activity of a mixture depends on the proportion of the components. Their catalyti activity is close to that of concentrated sulfuri acid. But they not cause side reactions such as oxidation and dehydration, and can be used repeatedly.
