毛泽东、邓小平在社会主义发展中的系统论思想比较

在中国社会主义发展中,毛泽东、邓小平堪称是运用系统论思想的典范。由于客观环境、主观认识存在着一定的差别,他们的观点一脉相承而又有所区别。他们都强调要调动一切积极因素为社会主义建设服务,但他们对中央与地方、沿海与内地、先富与后富关系的认识和处理有所区别;他们都提出社会主义的全面协调发展,要求经济、政治、文化等各要素之间的协调运行,但他们对经济要素与政治、文化等要素的结构关系的认识有所不同;他们都要求社会主义发展的系统工程要适应国际安全环境和发展环境,但他们对战争与和平、独立自主与对外开放的关系的认识有差别。当前,党中央提出的社会和谐思想与毛泽东、邓小平的系统论思想具有内在的一致性。

Comparison of System Theory Idea between Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping in the Socialist Development

In Chinese socialist development,both Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping are the bestt heorists who know and use the Theory System idea well.They are in different times and they havet heir own subjective mind,so Mao Zedong’s system theory and Deng Xiaoping's have similarities and some differences.Both of them emphasize that all sorts of positive factors can be used to serve the socialism,but they have different thoughts on how to deal with the relationship between the central government and the local government,near-sea counties and in-land counties,who get worthy first and who get worthy later.Both believe that development of Chinese-style socialism is an integrated system which is composed by economics,politics,culture,environment and many others,but they have different viewpoints on the structural relationship between economics,politics and culture.Both require that the systematic engineering of socialist development must be adjusted to safe and developable environments of the whole earth,but they have their own minds on how to deal with the relationship between war and peace,self-development and open-door policy.At present,the suggestion of building a harmonic society in China proposed by the central government is coherent to the system theory idea proposed by both Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping.
