| Abstract: | In order to improve the ability of our Party in resisting depravity,preventing deterioration,and in withstanding risk,we must put the ideological education in the first place of the Party's construction to construct"the Great Wall of steel"firmly in ideology,to build up a set of perfect integrated institution,to construct"protective screen for institution",to strengthen the construction of legal system,to construct"statute shield",to intensify the restricting and supervising mechanism to the authority of the Party and government and,to insitst on the policy to govern the Party strictly. |
