V带传动疲劳强度的模糊可靠性评价

摘    要:根据模糊数学及可靠性设计理论 ,建立了V带传动疲劳强度的模糊可靠性计算模型及计算方法 ,探讨了随机变量与模糊变量同时存在 ,即将工作应力视为随机变量而将许用应力视为模糊变量时V带传动疲劳强度的模糊可靠性设计方法 计算结果表明 ,基于参数模糊性的可靠性更能反映带传动的真实运行状况 ,采用模糊可靠性设计方法 ,可提高V带传动的可靠度 表 2 ,参 6

Abstract:According to fuzzy mathematics and reliability designtheory,the fuzzy reliability mathematical model of fatigue strength of V-belt transmissionis set up.Its fuzzy reliability design method is discussed when both random variables andfuzzy variables exist at the same time,taking allowable stress as random variable andworking strength as fuzzy variable.The results show that the fuzzy reliability is moreadaptable to reflect the working status really than the random reliability,that thereliability of V-belt transmission can be advanced by using fuzzy reliability designmethod.2tabs.,6refs.
